Key Responsibilities

As an eLearning Specialist at Ergomed, you will:

• Design and develop training programs aligned with business objectives
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Create engaging scenario-based learning content and assessments
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across global teams
• Publish and maintain training modules within Cornerstone LMS
• Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, and learner experience standards
• Manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously
• Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick and other learning evaluation models
• Support onboarding, capability-building, and organizational development initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement of learning programs through learner feedback

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2–3 years of experience in eLearning content development
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Articulate Rise
  • Articulate Storyline
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Experience converting complex SME content into engaging learning experiences
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI-powered content development tools such as:
  • Claude
  • Synthesia
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or pharmacovigilance sectors
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS
• Portfolio demonstrating instructional design capabilities
