Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Deliver high-quality scientific and strategic solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Understand client objectives and support evidence-generation activities.
  • Conduct and analyze healthcare research under guidance from project leadership.
  • Perform Systematic Literature Review (SLR) activities including:
    • Literature screening
    • Data extraction
    • Protocol development
    • Quantitative feasibility assessments
  • Prepare evidence synthesis reports and scientific reviews.
  • Develop research deliverables such as:
    • Reports
    • Presentations
    • Manuscripts
    • Scientific abstracts
    • Posters
  • Ensure timely completion of project tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Identify project-related challenges and propose practical solutions.

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Meet annual performance and productivity metrics.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including timesheets and project documentation.
  • Participate in internal initiatives, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Pursue continuous professional development and learning opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Parexel Health Economics Associate position should possess:

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification.
  • MBBS, BDS, or PhD candidates are also eligible.
