Roles & Responsibilities
Production (OSD)
- Operate granulation, compression, coating and capsule filling equipment
- Handle equipment according to SOPs, BMRs and GMP guidelines
Packing (OSD)
- Perform blister and bottle packing operations
- Manage track & trace and serialization activities
- Operate CAM, BQS, HONGA, UHLMANN, CVC, IMA and sachet machines
Production (API)
- Execute production activities as per SOP and cGMP requirements
- Handle reactors, centrifuge, blender, sifter and multi-mill equipment
- Maintain documentation, deviations and compliance records
- Coordinate smooth batch operations
Production (Injectable)
- Operate autoclaves, isolators, lyophilizers and filling lines
- Perform vial washing, aseptic filtration, FFS and CIP/SIP operations
- Execute manufacturing and QMS activities
Quality Function (QA & QC)
- Operate HPLC, GC, UV and KF instruments
- Perform sterility testing
- Conduct line clearance and validation activities
- Carry out environmental monitoring and documentation
- Review BMRs and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
Eligible candidates should possess one of the following qualifications depending on the role:
