Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee โ Site Support at Apotex, your responsibilities will include:
- Create and edit pharmaceutical technical documents using approved templates.
- Prepare and format Technical Transfer Packages, Validation Reports, and Technical Operations Reports.
- Draft and review Manufacturing Master Records (MMaR) and Master Packaging Records (MPaR).
- Support document migration into updated templates.
- Execute and cancel documents within the Content Server.
- Prepare Manufacturing Documents (MDocs) for Change Control Requests (CCR).
- Support packaging material code cancellation documentation.
- Monitor assigned documentation and complete work within defined timelines.
- Escalate documentation issues during drafting and review.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and quality departments.
- Maintain accurate document management records.
- Support regulatory compliance and quality documentation activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy or Science
- B.Pharm

Required Skills
