What Will You Do?
As an Associate – Field Effectiveness, you will support sales-force productivity, commercial analytics, field operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from Veeva CRM, claims, distribution partners, patient services, and commercial sources.
- Analyze HCP reach, frequency, engagement, call-plan adherence, and targeting effectiveness.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales and commercial analytics reports.
- Support territory alignment, roster updates, targeting cycles, and call planning.
- Coordinate field tools including Veeva CRM and Next Best Action dashboards.
- Analyze field-force size, structure, coverage, deployment, and workload balance.
- Support customer targeting, call frequency, capacity, and territory-design analyses.
- Conduct field-force effectiveness and performance analyses.
- Prepare charts, summaries, and reports for leadership.
- Perform quality checks, data reconciliation, and validation.
- Document methodologies, assumptions, data sources, and processes.
- Support process standardization and automation.
- Track projects, issues, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Work with analytics, field reporting, incentive compensation, data teams, and field stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience
Relevant areas include sales analytics, sales operations, commercial analytics, and field effectiveness.
