Position: Case Processing Executive
The Case Processing Executive will coordinate with insurance companies, law firms, hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities to obtain medical reports of discharged patients within the timelines specified by clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities.
- Follow up on medical reports of patients discharged from medical institutions.
- Ensure medical facility reports are obtained within the timeframe specified by the client.
- Coordinate effectively with healthcare institutions.
- Maintain accurate communication records.

- Graduates can apply.
- Candidates awaiting final semester results can apply.
- Graduate freshers are eligible.
- Excellent English communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office.
