Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality clinical database products across therapeutic areas including Metabolic & CV, Neuroscience, Autoimmune, Oncology, and Respiratory.
- Support databases for pairwise, network, and model-based meta-analysis.
- Analyze and annotate trial design, treatments, demographics, and outcomes data from clinical literature.
- Work with data from journals, conference abstracts, and regulatory reviews.
- Analyze biomarker, clinical, safety, and quality-of-life outcomes across the full time course.
- Digitize results from graphs reported on linear, logarithmic, and semi-log scales with precision.
- Follow database rules, specifications, and quality processes.
- Collaborate with lead consultants, peer data analysts, and Quality Managers.
- Complete training in statistics, R coding, systematic literature review, and data analysis methods.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates should have one of the following educational backgrounds:
- Master’s in Pharmacology or Pharmaceutics with relevant experience
- Pharma D
- Clinical Practice
- Master’s in Public Health and Epidemiology
Experience
Data Analyst 1:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Information Science, Systematic Literature Review, Health Economics, Public Health, or related pharmaceutical industry experience.
Data Analyst 2:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Information Science, Systematic Literature Review, Health Economics, Public Health, or related pharmaceutical industry experience.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and clinical research
- Knowledge of clinical development and post-approval phases
- Understanding of the PICOS approach
- Knowledge of clinical trial designs
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry data standards and ontologies
- Knowledge of statistics
- Knowledge of data management tools such as R is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong learning skills to support databases across multiple disease areas
