Position
Marketed Prod Safety Spec 2
The role involves developing and preparing pharmacovigilance agreements, preparing and maintaining PSMFs, supporting safety agreement negotiations, and acting as deputy EU-QPPV.
Responsibilities
- Work with project teams to determine terms and conditions of safety agreements.
- Develop and prepare safety agreements.
- Prepare and maintain Pharmacovigilance System Master Files.
- Review PSMFs prepared by other specialists.
- Serve as the primary customer interface on large, complex projects.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide input into project plans and budgets involving safety agreements.
- Oversee finalization and distribution of safety agreements.
- Assist with safety agreement negotiations using approved processes and templates.
- Represent the safety agreements team at customer meetings.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff involved in preparing safety agreements.
- Mentor and train team members.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Health Science or a related area.
- 3 years of experience in Lifecycle Safety, including areas such as:
- Pharmacovigilance
- CEVA
- Medical Information
- Safety Publishing
- Risk Management
- Project management experience.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered.
Required Skills
