Roles and Responsibilities
Production (OSD)
• Operate granulation, compression, coating, pelletization and capsule filling equipment
• Follow SOPs, BMRs and GMP guidelines
• Ensure smooth manufacturing operations
Packing (OSD)
• Handle blister and bottle packing operations
• Manage track and trace activities and serialization
• Operate CAM, BOS, HONGA, UHLMANN, CVC, IMA and sachet machines
Production (API)
• Execute production activities as per SOP and cGMP requirements
• Operate reactors, centrifuges, blenders, sifters and multi-mill equipment
• Maintain documentation, deviations and compliance records
• Coordinate batch manufacturing operations
Production (Injectable)
• Operate autoclaves, isolators, lyophilizers and filling lines
• Perform vial washing and aseptic processing activities
• Support manufacturing and QMS-related activities
Quality Function (QA & QC)
• Perform HPLC, GC, UV and KF analysis
• Conduct sterility testing
• Handle environmental monitoring and documentation
• Support validation activities and BMR review
Required Qualifications
