Role Overview
The Business Analyst will analyze business processes and systems within the Life Sciences R&D environment and support clinical study systems and processes. The role involves working with business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams to manage requirements, change requests, and system enhancements across clinical trial platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements management for enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams.
- Coordinate development, testing, and delivery of features and system changes.
- Support prioritization, impact assessment, and requirements traceability across R&D systems.
- Manage and track changes using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Ensure solutions align with R&D processes, regulatory expectations, and validated system environments.
