Job Overview
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will support dentists throughout their clinical journey by providing operational guidance, resolving clinical queries, improving workflows, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with orthodontists, clinicians, and internal teams while helping scale one of the fastest-growing health-tech platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional support experience to dentists and orthodontists.
- Respond to clinical and operational queries promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve case-related issues.
- Identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Support clinical operations as the company scales.
- Act as the voice of dentists across internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- Qualified Dentist or
- Experienced Dental Healthcare Professional
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Willingness to work US West Coast working hours
