Available Positions at Zydus Pharmaceuticals
We are seeking experienced and qualified candidates for the following positions at our Ahmedabad (SEZ-II) facility:
Quality Assurance (Manufacturing Qualification)
- Senior Executive/Assistant Manager: B.Pharma with 5-12 years of experience in Manufacturing Qualification. Proficiency in equipment and area qualification is essential, along with expertise in cleaning and process validation. Candidates should be well-versed in preparing and executing validation documentation and possess experience with equipment and instruments used in tablet and capsule manufacturing and packaging. A strong understanding of oral solid dosage manufacturing and packaging in accordance with cGMP requirements and the current regulatory landscape is crucial.
Quality Control
- Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – (Analyst): B.Sc./B.Pharma/M.Sc. with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in analyzing finished goods samples using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, and UV Visible Spectrometer. Experience with wet analysis, stability studies for oral solid dosage, and familiarity with LIMS, Documentum, and Trackwise software are highly preferred.
Production – OSD
- Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma with 3-8 years of experience operating machines such as Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, and visual inspection equipment. Responsibilities include line clearance, equipment operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.
- Executive/Senior Executive: B.Pharma with 3-8 years of experience in the tablet/capsule department, with experience in granulation, compression, coating, and inspection. Responsibilities include batch manufacturing planning (in coordination with PPMC), monitoring line clearance, equipment cleaning, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), managing E-BMR, and handling manpower allocation for daily activities.
Packing
- Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma with 3-8 years of experience operating machines such as CVC bulk packing and sachet packing (Wraptech). Responsibilities include line clearance, equipment operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.
Engineering
- Technician: Diploma/ITI with 3-8 years of experience in plant maintenance and process equipment (electrical/instrumentation), utilities, and instrumentation. Experience in plant maintenance (preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD plant equipment), troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment, instrument calibration of OSD plant equipment, and knowledge of instruments, sensors, PLC, HML, SCADA, and calibration activities are required.
- Senior Executive/Assistant Manager: B.E./B.Tech with 5-10 years of experience in process equipment (electrical/instrumentation), instrumentation, water systems, and utilities. Responsibilities are similar to the Technician role, with added experience in QMS documentation.
Warehouse
- Technical Assistant (Operator): ITI/Diploma with 3-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations (receipt, storage, issuance, and handling of materials). Knowledge of ASRS systems, stacker operation, and SAP systems is preferred.
- Officer to Senior Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharma graduate with 5-10 years of experience in warehousing activities. Experience in handling raw materials, packing materials, receipt/dispatch/issuance activities, QMS area, and equipment qualification is crucial. Familiarity with SAP MM module with WMS, handling of expired/rejected/non-moving/obsolete inventory, and exposure to USFDA/MHRA and other regulatory audits are highly desirable.

For all positions, experience in a pharmaceutical company and familiarity with regulatory requirements, documentation, and cGMP are highly advantageous.
