Position: Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Control Specialist will serve as a critical checkpoint in Konovo’s delivery process, ensuring survey accuracy, data quality, and reliable client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate survey links, logic, and routing before and during fieldwork.
- Review datasets and outputs to identify inconsistencies, errors, and data integrity risks.
- Coordinate with global Programming and Client Services teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform quality checks against client specifications.
- Track and communicate quality issues, trends, and resolutions across projects.
- Improve existing quality control processes, tools, and workflows.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates interested in the Konovo Quality Control Specialist position should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Data Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience or exposure to market research or healthcare.
