Job Description:
Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. is conducting walk-in interviews for various positions in our Moraiya – Ahmedabad Unit at Baddi. We are looking for dynamic and skilled professionals to join our team in the following departments:
Production – OSD
- Officer / Associate Manager:
- Responsible for manufacturing Tablet/Capsule – Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection.
- Coordinate with PPMC for batch manufacturing.
- Monitor line clearance, equipment cleaning, and qualification activities.
- Initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation).
- Handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant:
- ITI/Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection. Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO).
Production – Non OSD (Transdermal, Nasal Spray)
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant:
- ITI/Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in machine operation for cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF, and MDS.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Officer to Assistant Manager:
- B.Pharm / M.Sc. / M.Pharm with 2-8 years of experience in IPQA and QMS activities for oral solid dosage forms.
Quality Control – OSD & Aerosol (Analyst)
- Officer to Sr. Executive:
- B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Sc. with 2-8 years of experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, dissolution apparatus, UV visible spectrometer, wet analysis, assay, content uniformity, organic impurities testing.
Packing
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant:
- Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating packing machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing (BQS, ACG, PamPac).
Warehouse
- Officer / Sr. Executive – Dispensing:
- B.Sc. with 3-7 years of experience in warehouse activities including dispensing, raw material, packaging material, finish goods handling, online documentation, reconciliation, physical stock verification, QMS documentation, SAP experience preferable.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc / ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 0 – 12 years (varies by position)
