- End-to-end clinical trial data management planning and execution
- Development of Data Management Plans (DMPs)
- Database design, validation rules, and edit checks setup
- Clinical data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation
- Coordination with sponsors, clients, and clinical teams
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs
- Support in RFP preparation and business development inputs
- Training and supervision of junior data management staff

Qualifications โ Clinical Data Manager

The Clinical Lead Analyst supports clinical project execution by monitoring performance, quality, compliance, and risk management across clinical trials.

- Support clinical lead in project delivery and monitoring
- Analyze clinical KPIs, risks, and study performance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Monitor CTMS, EDC, and IWRS systems
- Identify protocol deviations and ensure compliance
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and SOPs
- Coordinate with clinical teams and stakeholders
Qualifications โ Clinical Lead Analyst
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Healthcare
- Minimum 5 years experience in clinical research or CRO
- At least 3 years in clinical operations or analytics role
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory frameworks
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills
- Clinical research certification is an advantage
