Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Systems Analyst at Emmes, you will:
- Act as system administrator for Veeva Clinical (CTMS, eTMF, Study Startup)
- Manage user access, configuration, and system maintenance activities
- Support resource management or project staffing systems
- Collaborate with IT and vendors for system updates and issue resolution
- Translate clinical operational needs into system solutions
- Provide training, onboarding, and user support globally
- Maintain system documentation and SOP-aligned workflows
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation standards
- Assist during audits, inspections, and quality checks
- Support change control and system validation processes
Required Qualifications
