Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Research Coordinator at VCR Park will be responsible for:
- Managing clinical trial site operations and coordination
- Patient screening, recruitment, and enrollment activities
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Adverse event (AE/SAE) reporting and safety documentation
- Source Document Verification (SDV) and CRF completion
- Maintaining accurate and audit-ready clinical study records
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Assisting in regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation
- Coordinating with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting laboratory and oncology research activities
Required Qualifications
- Masterโs Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Exposure to clinical trial coordination or site management preferred
- Knowledge of AE reporting, SDV, and CRF management
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Familiarity with oncology research is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinical data management tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and ethical research practices
