🔍 Key Responsibilities (TMF Specialist I)

As a TMF Specialist I, you will play a critical role in maintaining inspection-ready Trial Master Files (TMF):

• Process and manage clinical trial documents as per ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
• Support TMF setup, maintenance, and close-out activities
• Perform document scanning, indexing, uploading in eTMF systems
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of TMF documentation
• Conduct quality review and completeness checks against expected document lists
• Identify and resolve missing or incomplete TMF documents
• Maintain documentation for both active and archived clinical studies

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility

Candidates applying for this TMF Specialist job in Hyderabad should meet the following:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences:
  • B.Sc / M.Sc
  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • BDS

Experience:

• Minimum 1+ year as eTMF Specialist, OR
• 2+ years as Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or similar clinical role

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Trial Master File (TMF) processes
• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation & regulatory guidelines
