Available Position

Bench Scientist

The selected candidates will work in the Medicinal Chemistry Discovery Research team and contribute to innovative drug discovery programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and execute synthetic organic chemistry experiments.
• Develop efficient retrosynthetic routes for target molecules.
• Perform literature searches using SciFinder, Reaxys, and other scientific databases.
• Carry out compound isolation and purification techniques.
• Maintain accurate experimental records using electronic notebooks.
• Interpret analytical data and solve chemistry-related problems.
• Learn and implement new medicinal chemistry techniques.
• Ensure timely completion of research activities.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary research teams.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry

Experience Required

• M.Sc.: 2–5 Years
• Ph.D.: 1–3 Years

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry.
• Expertise in retrosynthetic analysis.

Salary

Based on industry standards, the expected salary range for this role is:

₹6.5 LPA – ₹15 LPA
