Formulation and Filling Officer / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate aseptic formulation and filling processes
• Handle lyophilization, CIP/SIP, filtration and related equipment
• Supervise filling activities
• Execute batch documentation and batch protocols
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements

Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate aseptic filling, sealing, robotic PFS lines, isolators and lyophilizers
• Perform preventive maintenance activities
• Complete batch documentation and maintain production records
• Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams
• Support troubleshooting during sterile manufacturing operations

Vaccine Manufacturing QMS Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deviations, change controls, investigations and audits
• Maintain TrackWise documentation
• Prepare SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Maintain compliance records
• Support filling and lyophilizer operations

Required Qualifications

For Formulation & Filling Officer / Executive

• B.Sc.

Experience Required

• 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience

Salary & Benefits

Although the company has not disclosed the salary package, candidates with 2–7 years of experience in vaccine or sterile manufacturing can expect a realistic annual compensation in the range of ₹4,50,000 to ₹8,50,000 per annum, depending on qualification, experience and interview performance.
