We Are Hiring for Multiple Positions at Zydus Ahmedabad Unit

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc. / M. Pharm / B. Pharm / B.Sc
• ITI / Diploma

Experience Required: 3–12 Years (Based on the position)

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Available Positions

Production – Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)

Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
Experience: 3–8 Years
Requirements:

• Expertise in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression (Fette, Korsch), Coating (Glatt, Ganson), Encapsulation (Bochang, ACG), Wurster Coater, and others.
• Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment and auxiliary items.

Packing

Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
Experience: 3–12 Years
Requirements:

• Skilled in operating packaging machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, and blister packing (BQS, ACG).
• Perform line clearance and handle equipment cleaning and maintenance.

Engineering

Roles:

• Executive / Sr. Executive – Process Equipment (Electrical/Instrumentation), BMS Engineer (Instrumentation)
• Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
  Experience: 3–12 Years
  Requirements:
• Preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, HVAC validation, calibration, and expertise in PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.

Warehouse

Roles:

• Officer / Sr. Executive – Dispensing
• Technical Assistant / Operator
  Experience: 2–7 Years
  Requirements:
• Handle warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material management, and online documentation.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Roles: Officer to Assistant Manager
Experience: 3–8 Years
Requirements:

• Expertise in IPQA and QMS-related activities for oral solid dosage forms.

Quality Control

Roles: Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, IR, UV, Dissolution, and other QC equipment.
