Job Title: Medical Coder (Work from Home, ED Speciality)

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Certification: Not mandatory

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Code medical reports, assigning appropriate CPT, ICD, and modifiers as per documentation.
• Follow project-specific guidelines without deviation.
• Check the LCD policy for all Medicare patients.
• Complete assigned tasks/targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with client/project guidelines, business rules, training provided, and company quality policies.
• Escalate issues to seniors in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest codes.
• Work cohesively in a team setting and assist team members to achieve shared goals.
• Maintain punctuality at all times.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in CPT and ICD coding.
• Good communication skills.
