Position: Complaint Handling Specialist (Pharma)
Location: Work From Home
Shift: US Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complaints from consumers and CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations).
- Manage and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
