Position: Complaint Handling Specialist (Pharma)

Shift: US Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complaints from consumers and CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations).
  • Manage and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
