Cognizant is hiring a Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0-3 years of experience in Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll and Workday (HCM) Payroll. This is a work-from-home position with a day shift schedule and no travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations accurately using Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll & Workday (HCM) Payroll.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory payroll requirements.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct payroll audits and generate reports for management review.
- Stay updated with payroll regulations and best practices.
- Support HR and finance-related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in payroll processing (EBS-Payroll/Workday HCM).
- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in payroll calculations.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve payroll issues.
- Proficiency in payroll software & systems.
- Good communication skills for employee and management interactions.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
