1. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Executive

📍 Experience: 3-8 Years
🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc
🔍 Key Skills Required:

• Method development, feasibility, verification, and validation for HPLC/GC/IC (API for OSD, oncology, topical products)
• Regulatory exposure (USP/EP/BP/JP, ICH/EMEA/FDA guidelines)
• Dissolution development, multimedia dissolution, statistical evaluation
• LCMS/GCMS expertise, NI/GI & NDSRI studies
• Solid-state characterization, impurity profiling, sameness study
• Hands-on experience in E&L studies, IVPT/IVRT, in-vitro testing
• Instrument maintenance & calibration

2. Formulation & Development (FnD) – Executive

📍 Experience: 3-8 Years
🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm
🔍 Key Skills Required:

• Experience in OSD, oncology, alternative vendor development
• Knowledge of regulated & semi-regulated markets (US, Europe, India)
• Preparation of FnD documents (Specifications, MFC, BMR, Stability Protocols, CCF, Deviation reports)
• SAP knowledge (BOM loading, stock overview, PR generation)
