π Job Description (PV – MICC Role)
As a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
β Handling medical inquiries via voicemail, phone, email, fax, or mail
β Updating Voicemail Tracker with accurate documentation
β Managing product complaints as per Clinevo MICC Tool Convention Guide
β Generating reports for inbound medical inquiries
β Documenting Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs)
β Maintaining Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all safety data entries
β Triaging and attaching AEM forms/source documents correctly
β Addressing queries using FAQs and updated product labeling
β Ensuring compliance with global PV regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.)
π Skills & Competencies Required

Strong communication & documentation skills
β
In-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance workflows
β
Familiarity with regulatory safety reporting standards (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP)
β
Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory)
β
Attention to detail & ability to handle sensitive medical data
