Job Description: Medical Devices Complaints Handling
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle medical device customer complaints in a complaints management system.
- Perform Complaint Evaluation, Investigation, and Regulatory Reporting (including Post-Market Surveillance – PMS).
- Ensure compliance with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams (CFT) such as Intake, MDR, and Investigation teams.
- Maintain daily work allocation and provide status updates to leads.
- Ensure adherence to global medical device regulations (FDA, ISO, EU MDR).
Required Skills:
✔ 2-4 years of experience in Medical Devices Complaint Handling / PMS.
✔ Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 803, 806, 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EU MDR.
✔ Strong mechanical problem analysis skills for complaint investigations.
✔ Proficiency in TrackWise, Salesforce, ServiceMax.
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech (Bio-Medical, Mechanical)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- BSc / MSc (Bio-Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Bio-Technology)
