The organization is currently expanding its clinical research team and is hiring for the positions of Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) and Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in various locations.

Job Responsibilities

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Responsibilities:

• Recruit and enroll study participants.
• Input clinical research data into electronic data systems.
• Coordinate patient visits and procedures related to research studies.
• Act as a resource for study participants by answering questions and explaining procedures.
• Ensure the study site complies with all local and federal laws and regulations.
• Create and update study protocol documentation.
• Maintain proper archival of case report forms and related documents.
• Coordinate with all study sites, sponsors, ethics committees, and principal investigators (PI) to ensure smooth study conduct.

Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage site visits and monitor clinical trial progress.
• Collect and analyze research data.
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and ethics committees.
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of trial progress and results.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Life Sciences.
• Additional qualification in Clinical Research (Diploma or Certification) is preferred.
• 0-5 years of clinical research experience for CRC roles.
• 5-10 years of clinical research experience for CRA roles.
