Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Receive and understand technology transfer from the F&D department.
- Design optimization for process parameters and participate in R&D trials.
- Transfer technology from R&D to the receiving manufacturing site.
- Monitor TT demonstrations, exhibit batches, and scale-up activities.
- Review technical information related to products, raw materials, accessories, and equipment for plant trials and validation batches.
- Prepare site-wise proposals for demo, scale-up, exhibit, and commercial batches based on equipment qualification and annual requirements.
- Participate in demo batches with the F&D team.
- Conduct scale-up batches at manufacturing locations and prepare batch protocols, reports, MFC documents, sampling protocols, and risk assessments.
- Support exhibit batches at manufacturing locations and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Prepare summary reports.
- Investigate deviations, OOS, and OOT observations during scale-up or exhibit batches and prepare responses to agency queries.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following:
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 8 years
- Experience in formulation technology transfer and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of process optimization, validation, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Salary & Benefits
Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (depending on qualifications, experience, and company policies).
