Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates for the Syneos Health IMS Specialist I job may be responsible for:
- Managing investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata platforms while maintaining data accuracy.
- Processing grant payments through Accounts Payable.
- Reconciling project funding with global project teams.
- Collaborating with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Contracts teams.
- Reviewing and interpreting Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payments comply with contractual terms.
- Performing Excel-based grant tracking, cost entries and invoice reviews.
- Supporting forecasting, financial analysis and sponsor invoicing.
- Following up on invoice discrepancies.
- Ensuring accurate coding of third-party invoices.
- Preparing financial reports for audits, compliance requirements and stakeholders.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Assisting with standard procedure training where required.
