Responsibilities in the Role

As a part of the MS&T (Non-Orals) team, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Technology Transfer & Scale-Up:
   • Execute technology transfers to Sun/CMO site transfers.
   • Plan and execute scale-ups, exhibit batches, and process validation with efficient resource utilization.
2. Documentation Management:
   • Prepare and manage new product introduction forms, scale-up reports, and Sun/CMO BMR reviews.
   • Draft and review protocols such as sampling plans, process validation (PV) protocols, and URS.
   • Maintain dashboards to track progress.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that all products are manufactured and stored in compliance with documentation and quality standards.
4. Review and Compliance:
   • Review and provide feedback on Master Formulae (MF), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Risk Assessment (RA), and protocols.
   • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm/M.Pharm (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy).
• Experience: Freshers to professionals with up to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical technology transfer processes.
• Expertise in documentation, process validation, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
