Roles & Responsibilities
Production (OSD)
- Execute production activities in granulation.
- Prepare and review BMR and BPR documentation.
- Ensure machine preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain GMP compliance during manufacturing operations.
Packing (OSD)
- Operate and maintain Form-Fill-Seal (FFS), blister packing, cartoning, case packing, palletizing and related packaging equipment.
- Perform equipment setup and changeovers.
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, servo, PLC/HMI and robotic systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
Maintenance Engineering (OSD)
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
- Maintain fluid bed dryers, compression machines, coating machines, blenders, rapid mixer granulators, capsule filling machines, blister packaging equipment, sachet filling lines and sterilization equipment.
- Support uninterrupted production through timely maintenance activities.
Quality Control (OSD)
- Analyze raw materials, finished products, stability samples and packaging materials.
- Perform HPLC analysis.
- Calibrate analytical instruments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity and laboratory safety standards.
