Roles and Responsibilities
Production / Packing
- Perform manufacturing and packing activities as per SOPs
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
- Maintain batch records and documentation
Research Associate (ADL / F&D)
- Conduct method development and validation
- Perform analytical testing and documentation
- Support formulation and development activities
Quality Control
- Perform analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain laboratory documentation and calibration records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Quality Assurance
- Review batch records and SOPs
- Monitor compliance with GMP guidelines
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and audits
Operator Roles
- Operate manufacturing equipment like granulation, compression, capsule filling
- Ensure smooth production operations
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Executive Roles: M.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Sc
- Operator Roles: ITI / 12th Pass
Experience
- 1 to 5 years in Pharma (OSD preferred)
