Roles and Responsibilities

Production / Packing

• Perform manufacturing and packing activities as per SOPs
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
• Maintain batch records and documentation

Research Associate (ADL / F&D)

• Conduct method development and validation
• Perform analytical testing and documentation
• Support formulation and development activities

Quality Control

• Perform analysis of raw materials and finished products
• Maintain laboratory documentation and calibration records
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Quality Assurance

• Review batch records and SOPs
• Monitor compliance with GMP guidelines
• Handle deviations, CAPA, and audits

Operator Roles

• Operate manufacturing equipment like granulation, compression, capsule filling
• Ensure smooth production operations
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Executive Roles: M.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Sc
• Operator Roles: ITI / 12th Pass

Experience

• 1 to 5 years in Pharma (OSD preferred)
