Job Description

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Executive – Manufacturing to oversee critical operations in its sterile manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. The role ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintains high standards in pharmaceutical production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation (BMRs, BPRs, master SOPs) and ensure accuracy.
• Review and prepare master production documents.
• Handle change control, deviations, investigations, and CAPA processes.
• Perform line clearance checks before operations.
• Monitor manufacturing, sterilization, and equipment logs.
• Oversee SOP preparation, review, and implementation for sterile manufacturing.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitization of General, Controlled, and Aseptic areas.
• Supervise aseptic vial/bag filling, vial washing, autoclaving, and terminal sterilization.
• Report operational disturbances to department heads promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm or B.Sc. / M.Sc. in a relevant field.

Experience:

• Prior experience in sterile manufacturing, GMP, and pharmaceutical production.
• Knowledge of aseptic processing, autoclaving, and documentation practices.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance (GMP, SOPs).
• Problem-solving for deviations and CAPA.
