Role Overview

The Analyst will coordinate artwork change requests, manage end-to-end artwork workflows, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, support CAPA activities, and collaborate with manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to deliver compliant print-ready artworks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate artwork change requests from initiation to closure.
  • Manage artwork lifecycle activities.
  • Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain artwork documentation.
  • Support investigations and CAPA implementation.
  • Escalate operational risks and deviations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites and regulatory teams.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and trackers.
  • Support product launches, site transfers, mergers, and divestments.
  • Assist in SOP updates and process improvements.

2. Specialist โ€“ Artwork Operations

Experience

  • 5โ€“8 Years

Role Overview

The Specialist will lead complex artwork operations, oversee multi-market artwork projects, ensure regulatory compliance, manage external partners, drive operational excellence, and support strategic artwork programs globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex artwork change implementation.
  • Manage global artwork lifecycle projects.
  • Drive GMP documentation and compliance.
  • Lead deviation investigations and CAPA effectiveness.
  • Support audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Coordinate CMOs and external suppliers.
  • Improve SOPs and artwork workflows.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and reporting dashboards.
  • Support product transfers, mergers, acquisitions, and global launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

  • B.Pharm
