1. Production Department (Granulation Section)
- Designation: Officer
- Qualifications: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Job Profile:
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as Fluid Bed Dryers (FBD), Rapid Mixer Granulators (RMG), Octagonal Blenders, Bin Blenders, Multi Mills, Cone Mills, and Shifters.
- Responsibilities include managing Quality Management System (QMS) work, including Critical Control Points (CCP), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), handling deviations, investigations, and documentation.
2. Production Department (Compression Section)
- Designation: Officer
- Qualifications: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Job Profile:
- Exposure to various automatic machines such as Fette, Sejong, Legacy, Korsch, Cadmach, or similar equipment with Automatic Weight Control and Compaction Force Control.
- Involvement in QMS activities encompassing CCP, CAPA, and documentation processes related to manufacturing operations.
3. Packing Department
- Designation: Officer & Technician
- Qualifications: B.Sc / B. Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Job Profile:
- Supervising both Primary and Secondary Packing Operations.
- Overseeing Primary & Secondary Packing Operators (Technicians) to ensure efficiency and quality during the packing process.
4. Quality Control Department
- Section: Finished Product / Stability / Raw Material
- Designation: Officers (Analyst)
- Qualifications: B. Sc / B. Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Job Profile:
- Conducting Raw Material Analysis and testing using HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, GC, etc.
- Ensuring that all products meet the set quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Quality Assurance Department (IPQA Section)
- Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
- Qualifications: B. Pharm / M. Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Job Profile:
- Performing in-process checks during manufacturing and packing operations.
