Job Description
Piramal Pharma is inviting applications for the role of Executive-Production at its Digwal, TS location. This position is part of Piramal Pharma Solutions, a contract development and manufacturing organization supporting development and manufacturing solutions across the drug life cycle.
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing activities in the API manufacturing cleanroom in accordance with GMP, SOPs and safety procedures. The role involves maintaining cleanroom hygiene, ensuring proper gowning, preventing contamination and supporting manufacturing operations while complying with pharmaceutical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.
- Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
- Ensure all raw materials are kept ready for batches and batch sheets are filled properly.
- Plan and execute shift-related activities during batch execution.
- Ensure online documentation during batch execution and on a daily basis.
- Conduct SOP training for operating personnel on a regular basis to help them understand standard operating procedures and the importance of GMP.
- Coordinate with Engineers to complete maintenance jobs on time.
- Monitor usage of PPEs and respiratory protection equipment, and ensure their maintenance and cleanliness.
- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective and preventive actions immediately.
- Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report them to the Manager-Production.
