Key Responsibilities

The selected Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Manage complete lifecycle of Data Contracts and Third-Party Agreements (TPAs)
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance and external vendors
• Lead vendor onboarding and approval processes
• Ensure compliance with contract governance and data access policies
• Track contract budgets and maintain expenditure reports
• Perform purchase order reconciliation and financial validation
• Support procurement activities and contract processing
• Handle Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) requests and contract amendments
• Generate financial reports and respond to finance-related queries
• Maintain documentation and improve operational workflows
• Conduct data assessments and gap analyses
• Support ad hoc reporting and strategic data requests
• Present process improvement recommendations to senior management

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:

  • Related Technical Discipline

Preferred Experience
