🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Healthcare Policy Analysis

• Review and analyze US health insurance policies (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
• Evaluate payer coverage criteria, formulary status, prior authorization (PA), and step therapy (ST)

2. Data Analytics & Insights

• Apply healthcare data analytics tools to derive actionable insights
• Recommend improvements in payer strategy and business rules

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Translate complex healthcare policy data into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain detailed documentation for policy assessments and compliance activities
• Ensure alignment with internal guidelines and regulatory frameworks

5. Strategic Contribution

• Support analytics-driven decision-making

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacology / Dentistry
• 2–5 years experience in:
  • Pharmacovigilance

• Strong Excel and data handling skills
