Syngene International Ltd. is hiring a Senior Research Associate for its Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (MAP) team in Bangalore. This role involves conducting in-vivo rodent pharmacokinetic (PK) studies to support drug discovery in a fast-paced research environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently execute in-vivo rodent PK studies for drug discovery programs.
- Handle animal studies, sample collection, processing, and data analysis.
- Use PK software (Phoenix WinNonlin) for pharmacokinetic parameter estimation.
- Collaborate with formulation, bioanalytical, and biology teams to ensure study completion.
- Interpret PK data and present findings in project team meetings.
- Maintain compliance with animal ethics and laboratory protocols.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm or M.S. (Pharm.)
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in rodent handling & PK studies.
- Knowledge of PK data analysis & interpretation.
- Jugular vein cannulation & surgical skills (preferred).
- Behavioral Skills:
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
