Key Responsibilities
The selected R&D Officer will:
- Support R&D innovation projects for Harpic and Lysol brands.
- Develop and test new formulations and improve existing products.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and performance evaluations.
- Analyse competitive products and technical data.
- Maintain laboratory inventory, equipment and documentation.
- Follow SOPs, ISO guidelines and Good Documentation Practices.
- Support regulatory data generation for product registrations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Execute product development projects within timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or other relevant Science/Engineering disciplines.
- 1โ2 years of relevant Research & Development experience.
- FMCG industry experience is preferred.
- Strong laboratory and formulation knowledge.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
