Job Description

As a Quality Control (QC) Specialist at Mylan Laboratories Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspection and Testing: Conducting visual and mechanical inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies to ensure they meet specified standards
• Documentation Review: Reviewing and verifying documentation associated with incoming products from vendors
• Defect Reporting: Identifying and reporting defects according to established quality standards
• Compliance: Ensuring that all products conform to industry, company, and consumer expectations
• Training: Providing training to team members on quality control processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. (Chemistry), B. Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in a quality control role
• Skills: Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment, such as calipers and micrometers. Familiarity with quality control software and data analysis tools
• Certifications: Certification in relevant quality control standards, such as IPC 610, is a plus
