Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Assistant Manager
- Oversee QA processes, ensuring compliance with EU GMP standards.
- Lead quality audits and inspections.
- Train and mentor QA team members.
- Executive
- Monitor and maintain QA documentation.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and risk assessments.
- Support regulatory submissions.
- Officer
- Perform quality assurance reviews and prepare reports.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in batch release processes.
Quality Control (QC)
- QC Officer
- Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct stability studies and prepare related documentation.
- QC Executive
- Manage laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise sampling, testing, and data analysis activities.
Qualification and Skills
Eligibility for QA and QC Roles
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm or related pharmaceutical degree.
- Experience:
- QA: 2–12 years, depending on the position.
- QC: 2–10 years, depending on the role.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of EU GMP guidelines.
- Proficiency in handling laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC, and FTIR (for QC roles).
- Exceptional documentation and analytical skills.
- Team management and leadership capabilities (for managerial roles).
