Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage end-to-end Pharmacovigilance projects and client coordination activities.
Client Success Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Maintain high-quality delivery standards with 99%+ quality index
- Build strong long-term client relationships
Pharmacovigilance Project Management
- Handle ICSR processing activities
- Support signal detection and aggregate reporting
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to global Pharmacovigilance regulations including FDA, EMA, and MHRA guidelines
- Lead RCA and CAPA activities during audits and inspections
- Maintain compliance documentation and reporting standards
Risk & Crisis Management
- Identify operational risks proactively
- Escalate critical project issues to senior management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve SLAs
Required Qualifications
