Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Baxter Spec, PV job will be responsible for:
- Processing adverse event reports from multiple sources
- Reviewing and performing complete data entry of safety cases
- Assessing seriousness, causality, expectedness, and event outcomes
- Writing medical narratives for individual case safety reports (ICSRs)
- Coding medical terminology using MedDRA
- Ensuring accurate data entry into the Pharmacovigilance Safety System
- Performing case follow-ups and query management
- Coordinating with affiliates and reporters for missing medical information
- Supporting quality checks and aggregate report preparation
- Maintaining compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- Nursing Degree
- Life Sciences or Science Degree
- Equivalent healthcare qualification
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance or Regulatory Affairs preferred
- 2โ3 years of hospital or patient care experience preferred
