Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Investigator Payment Activities

• Review, update, and track investigator payments in CTMS
• Ensure accurate processing of site payments
• Support project managers and clinical teams with payment queries
• Review payment reports and patient visit schedules
• Escalate payment delays and operational issues
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and audit requirements
• Process quarterly investigator payments efficiently

CTMS & Subject Visit Tracking (SVT)

• Analyze study requirements for SVT setup
• Create and maintain site-specific SVTs
• Configure CTMS templates accurately
• Coordinate with CRAs and project teams

Investigator Grants Activities

• Develop investigator grants using Grant Plan systems
• Review study protocols and budget requirements
• Prepare budget estimates for sponsors and clients
• Ensure compliance with Fair Market Value standards
• Maintain grant-related reporting and documentation

Required Qualifications
