Job Responsibilities
USP Fermentation and DSP Purification
- Operate and monitor USP fermentation processes to ensure optimal production.
- Execute DSP purification and chromatography system operations for high-quality output.
- Maintain compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and optimize bioprocessing workflows.
- Document production activities for regulatory compliance.
Quality Control (Analytical QC)
- Perform SDS-PAGE analysis, HPLC testing, and raw material sampling.
- Conduct quality control testing and release of pharmaceutical materials.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, USFDA).
- Analyze data and prepare reports for quality assurance audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product standards.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
- Experience:
- USP Fermentation/DSP Purification: 1-3 years in bioprocessing or related fields.
- Quality Control: 4-5 years in analytical QC, including HPLC and SDS-PAGE.
- Strong knowledge of biotech manufacturing and pharmaceutical quality control.
- Familiarity with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
