Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- End-to-end ICSR case processing and management.
- Case intake, follow-up, database entry, peer review, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitoring and reconciliation of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Managing pharmacovigilance mailboxes and safety databases.
- Literature screening and monitoring for company products.
- Maintaining safety logs, trackers, and pharmacovigilance documentation.
- Supporting compliance reporting and providing safety metrics to QPPV.
- Assisting in product complaint handling and reconciliation activities.
- Responding to pharmacovigilance-related regulatory authority queries.
- Supporting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.
- Preparing and authoring aggregate safety reports including PADERs, PSURs, and PBRERs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure PV compliance.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) preferred
Experience Requirements
- 2–3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in:
- ICSR Processing
- Literature Screening
- Aggregate Report Writing
- Pharmacovigilance Compliance Activities
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Expertise in literature review and signal identification.
- Experience preparing PADER, PSUR, and PBRER reports.
