Job Description: Research Scientist – Process Technology
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic
- Drive innovation in chemical process development to meet R&D objectives.
- Ensure intellectual property protection (patent filings) for new processes.
- Work closely with Team Leaders and Group Leaders to achieve project goals.
Operational
- Conduct synthetic chemistry experiments with safety compliance (SDS knowledge).
- Perform literature searches using tools like Reaxys, SciFinder, and patents.
- Document and report research findings as per SOPs.
- Maintain lab safety and housekeeping standards.
People
- Foster a collaborative work culture within the team.
- Share knowledge and provide peer feedback.
- Align with PI Industries’ values and work ethics.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- M.Sc / Ph.D in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry
- M.Pharma in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Experience:
- Ph.D candidates: 1-5 years in process development/optimization.
- M.Sc candidates: 1-12 years in Agrochemicals/Pharma industry.
