Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) with data analysis and signal evaluation
- Develop and maintain Risk Management Plans (RMPs) as per global guidelines
- Conduct literature review and signal detection for adverse drug reactions
- Perform ICSR case processing: triage, MedDRA coding, narrative writing, and QC
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA)
- Support aggregate reporting and safety data reconciliation
- Assist in clinical trials and bioequivalence (BE) studies safety monitoring
- Collaborate on signal management and risk assessment
- Mentor junior PV associates and support process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
- 2โ5 years experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
- Strong expertise in:
- PSUR & RMP preparation
- Signal detection & literature review
- ICSR processing & safety databases (Argus, ArisG)
- Knowledge of clinical research and post-marketing surveillance
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
Preferred Skills
- Deep understanding of pharmacovigilance workflows
- Experience with regulatory audits and inspections
- Ability to manage multiple timelines in PV operations
